Improving patient health is our primary focus. Each specialty patient will work with the same specialty team member for each interaction upon enrollment. PraxisRx Specialist Team Members include pharmacists (PharmD), nurses, patient care coordinators, and live phone representatives including a 24/7 on-call HQ for all member questions and specialty trained experts on all disease states.
